VENUE RENTAL HOURS & CLEANUP
Standard rentals include a five-hour event with all-day access on the event date for setup and cleanup, subject to agreed access times. Midnight (12:00 AM) is the standard event end time. Ending after midnight is permitted only with advance written approval from venue management. All guest/vendor cleanup must be completed that event night before departure. No next-day return for cleanup. Short-event hourly rentals have fewer than five total access hours, including setup and cleanup.

A $150 non-refundable post-event cleaning fee is required for each venue rental and is paid by the booking guest. It covers post-event cleaning. Bartender staffing for bar service is $150 per bartender per event, paid by the booking guest. Taxes, bar consumption, and any separately required refundable damage deposit are additional. All reservations require venue approval.

How much time comes with a standard rental?+
Standard venue rentals include five hours of event time, with all-day access on your event date for setup and cleanup, subject to the agreed access schedule. The standard event end is midnight (12:00 AM). Any extension past midnight requires advance written approval from venue management. All guest/vendor cleanup must be completed on the event night before departure; no next-day cleanup access.
Can I book the venue by the hour?+
Yes. Qualifying Sunday–Thursday events with fewer than five total hours of venue access—including setup, event and cleanup—can be rented at $200 per hour. Hourly booking isn't available on Fridays or Saturdays.
Can our event run later than midnight?+
Midnight (12:00 AM) is the standard end time. Any extension later than midnight must be approved in writing by venue management in advance. Late-night extensions are not automatically included with a booking. All guest/vendor cleanup remains due on the event night before departure, with no next-day return.
Is there a post-event cleaning charge?+
Yes. A one-time $150 cleaning fee is added to each venue rental, paid by the booking guest. It covers all post-event cleaning and is separate from any refundable damage deposit. It is included in your event estimate.
Do you provide a bar?+
Yes. We offer cash bar, hosted bar, and beer/wine, standard or premium open-bar packages. Bartender staffing is based on the total guest count: one for up to 50 guests, two for 51–100, and three for 101 or more. Bartenders are $150 each per event and paid by the booking guest. Open-bar packages charge each confirmed guest age 21+. See all bar packages and minimums.
Can I book only the golf simulator?+
Yes. Our golf simulator event package costs $150 per hour with a minimum of two hours ($300 minimum). Pick “Golf simulator only” in the booking form. Simulator-only payment terms and extra amenities are confirmed with our team.
Can I add the golf simulator to my event?+
Yes. Add the golf simulator to a private venue event for $500 per event, subject to availability. Simulator-only outings are $150 per hour, with a two-hour minimum ($300).
Does submitting a request reserve my date?+
Not immediately. Our team reviews every request. For full venue rentals, a $250 non-refundable booking deposit is needed after approval and is applied toward the balance. Simulator-only payment arrangements are confirmed individually.
Can I bring my own décor or catering?+
Share your plans when requesting your booking. Decorating, catering, setup arrangements and vendors are reviewed and confirmed with the venue as part of your event agreement.
