Venue hours: Standard venue rentals include five event hours with all-day access on the event date for setup and cleanup. Events end by midnight (12:00 AM), unless venue management approves an extension in writing in advance. All guest/vendor cleanup must finish on the event night before departure, with no following-day cleanup access.
Choose your service style below. Open-bar packages include three hours of service and are priced per confirmed guest age 21 or older (including guests who do not plan to drink). Guests under 21 are excluded from alcohol-package charges.

YOUR CROWD.
Your bar service is supported by a guest-count-based bartender allocation. Each bartender costs $150 for the event, billed to the booking guest—not per hour.
- 1–50 guests: 1 bartender · $150 per event
- 51–100 guests: 2 bartenders · $300 per event
- 101 or more guests: 3 bartenders · $450 per event (maximum three)
- Staffing applies when bar service is requested. Venue events have an additional $150 one-time post-event cleaning fee, paid by the booking guest.

WITH CLARITY.
Cash-bar and hosted-consumption events have minimum beverage-spend requirements based on the total guest count. These are minimums on beverage spending, not additional flat bar service fees. Final responsibility for any shortfall and payment details are specified in the signed event agreement.

Our standard comfortably seated venue capacity is 150 guests. Any arrangement above 150 would require separate venue approval and capacity confirmation.
OPEN BAR TERMS
Open-bar prices are based on every confirmed guest aged 21+, whether or not they choose to drink. Packages begin with three hours of service; additional hours are priced by package.
Beer & Wine: $28 per 21+ guest. Standard: $34. Premium: $44. Alcohol-package charges are arranged for the day of the event.
EVENT & CLEANING FEES
The booking guest pays the event bartender staffing charge of $150 per assigned bartender, based on headcount. The event also includes a separate mandatory $150 one-time post-event cleaning fee covering all post-event cleaning.
A valid card on file is required for bar service. The final package, service period, taxes, deposit and billing schedule are set out in the agreement.
